Ingredients:
- 2.5 teaspoons of Forsman matcha
- 5 dl fresh water
- 5 dl mineral water (flavored mineral waters add a nice twist)
Recipe:
1. Measure the matcha and add to the pitcher.
2. Add water to the matcha and whisk it so that the drink foams a little and there are no lumps in the drink.
3. Add mineral water and whisk a little more
4. Add ice cubes, lemon slices or even frozen strawberries.
